Figured I’d try all 3 before going to eBay and Grailed.

$250 shipped. US only. Size 34. IH 555 21 oz. Worn for about 2 years. Inseam cut to 30”. Chain stitch hem at Guilty Party in Atlanta. Cold soaked a few times.
Waist - 18"
Front Rise - 11"
Thigh - 11.5" (i think i did it right, see image)
Inseam - 30"
Knee - 8.5"
Hem - 7.75"

I'm hopeful this is the best place to post this question as it's my first and I don't want to get it wrong out the gate.

I recently picked up my first IH shirt - Iron Heart IHSH-235-OLV 13oz Military Serge Western Shirt - Olive Drab Green"

I found that while I loved it, the armpit holes came pretty high and tight into my armpit. That it made it a little uncomfortable and quickly made me sweat. A large fit me perfect in every other aspect.

Is there a general rule among IH shirts that some are cut this way and others not?

I loved the fabric and really want to explore other IH options like the IHSH-292-IND but i'm wondering if the western cut just isn't for me.
