Ahhh, I see … cool!  There are other make-ups right now that are on discussion for voting, just in case you're on a hunt for a pair of mtos.

Summer is a great time to break out those soft&comfy worn in pairs__ don't particularly relish breaking in raws in the middle of muggy NYC summer.

Hey, man!  FOK updated possible leather substitute__ Scotch Grain Print Horse Butt (Italy) & cuz of the thickness, it can be done on stitchdown. So far, got 2 SuFu peeps interested, pending actual price quote.

No worries @BrownIcon.  To be fair it's not that particular boot either.  Different strokes for different folks, I just happen to have always disliked the look of basically any boot with a wedge style sole.

Never thought I'd own a pair of Engineers just cuz I dint feel I can pull off that sorta steez … & now i got 2pairs.

Styleforum GMTO is a great way to get some jawns that're more rare/unique than a limited edition. This year, I thought I'd venture out of my comfort zone [again],  as I did w/ the Trickers Allan Teak Cordo & Viberg Tobacco Chamois "Hopper" … w/c was my very 1st engineers ... only this time, I'd like to contribute & be a part of the creative process.

Inspired by Kyle Reese's (Michael Biehn) BlackTrench X BlackNike hi-tops from the first Terminator movie__ 'thought I'd treat the **Scout**s to a stealthy, more nimble, "hit-the-ground-running" kinda cross-utility urban trekker fit for a NYcity-dweller.

We always have a choice__ to ignore or engage.  I can take neg criticisms, but I push back on unwarranted nasty close-ended comments that are solely meant to insult & disparage … talk about "behaving horribly".

@Styleforum is currently conducting this year's 1st Viberg GMTO__ thought I'd ask here, if any1 is interested in taking part making [this] urban boots design concept made.  ALL black, so I added some textural/tonal features. Here are the proposed specs:

Can't get over how Viberg, when they have to, can put out the sexiest curves, IMO, on a pair of boot heels.

Had my share of "standard" heels from White's, w/c for me, is a bit of an extreme taper … while the woodsman, is just too stilt-y.

@bubbapest 8EE on w/c? SD or SJ? … As I'm usually a size down 1/2 from SJ to SD__ as such, SJ=1035, for me. A caveat, though, 1035 is single E, if u seek for more room up front, 110 [EE] is your friend … in w/c case, SD=110 

@madmonday tnx … Got 'em from the recent sample sale.  Tried to google the make-up, but yielded zilch.

Quality seemed prod'n to me, but not so sure since I'm no expert ;).
The last shape & feel, I assumed was on the 110 as I have a pair to compare. But, as I've worn them a few times, they feel/wear more like an actual workboots__ e.g., White Semidress w/noticeable arch support, unlike my Bison Chukka.
