do these come with the leather laces or just the nylon?

Hello I recently bought this belt and the quality and craftsmanship is amazing, however I have a question about the fit, is the buckle supposed to be slightly tilted with the left side slightly more forward then the right, looking at the belt it’s because of the leather and metal attachment being thicker on the left side vs the right. Is this normal for the fit like it’s part of the charm or something or maybe it'll flatten out, or not?

Hello I have a question if I am a 11D in the big boss motercycle boot, which is honestly slightly big but not big enough to size down (maybe it’s just the boss fit IDK) would I also be an 11D in this or would I be a 10.5D in this. Reason why I ask is because I heard the lower heels run a half length longer. Thank you for your time.
