RE: Bitch Please… FAKE Iron Heart?posted in News
There are lots of fake sites and products out there at the moment. Please be really careful. If you buy from one of our retailers - great. We list them all on the main site. If you buy from us, the ONLY domain name you will see at checkout is ironheart.co.uk
Anything other than that is a scam.
We do not sell goods to any large marketplaces, amazon, aliexpress etc. These will all be fakes.

@Tobi i think more importantly the number of questions plummeted. A few years ago, I did 3 a day for 2 or 3 days, and each one alone had more questions combined than the last few seasons' one-off ones. No point doing a live if theres no audience feedback

What was being referenced as the “flash sale” in the email? Was this the sale we’d sometimes see towards the end of summer on some items (I think it was 10%?). I don't remember much beyond that.
Occasionally, we would do a site wide sale with 10-15% off everything. We won't do these until we can control the supply of goods again.

Also, @Alex It’s obviously an important metric for the company, but could you not call it what it is, which is “Customer Spending”, which is not necessarily ‘loyalty’?
We could call it all sorts, but its been called 'loyalty' since its inception at Iron Heart well before my time, and continuing the naming convention in today's announcement seemed like the best way to ensure people followed along.

@dave when i search your email address, i get hits for previous years loyalty voucher emails - not super scientific, but perhaps you were included but never got the emails?

Great ideas, @EdH
looks like you've been primed and ready to go
On point 2:
Advanced access to product launches was another idea i was going to float, but i worried that it may come across as disengenious to both make all these changes to help more products be in stock, for longer, then at the same time allow some people access to it before others

The first thought that jumped to mind, given the probable parties in Japan and the UK for our 25th anniversary party, was to assess customer loyalty over 2025 (and some of 2026) and then reward with some sort of travel vouchers to be used to attend one of the big events, or to spend locally when in attendence, hopefully meaning more people may be able to make these events that have in the past.
Really early days of spitballing here, but hoping this can be a good outlet for us all to share some ideas

Iron Heart Loyalty Vouchers - 2026 and Beyondposted in News
As you may have seen in an email or in the Iron Heart Update - 2026 thread, we are pausing customer loyalty discount schemes for the time being. We appreciate that these programmes are valued, but discount-driven demand only adds to the strain we are working to reduce.
What we will do, however, is continue to track our customer loyalty and explore non-discount-driven ways to reward it.
This thread is where I will throw out some initial ideas, and by all means, throw your ideas in the mix too.
Thanks as always for your support, and please know your custom is truly valued

RE: Iron Heart Update - 2026posted in News
As we’ve shared recently, demand for Iron Heart continues to grow, while producing our clothing to the standards we insist on remains challenging. With many core items selling out quickly and taking longer than usual to return, we need to be increasingly careful about how Iron Heart is sold globally, which is why we recently made some changes to where Iron Heart will be sold.
For this reason, we will be stopping site-wide flash sales Iron Heart and will no longer offer any discounts on ironheart.co.uk outside of our usual end-of-line outlet reductions.
This is not about maximising profit margins — it is about reducing pressure on our production partners in Japan and creating a more stable, sustainable supply of product, so Iron Heart clothing can be made and stocked in adequate quantities for the long term.
For the same reason, we are pausing customer loyalty discount schemes for the time being. We appreciate that these programmes are valued, but discount-driven demand only adds to the strain we are working to reduce. What we will do, however, is continue to keep track of our customer loyalty, and work on some non-discount driven ways to repay that loyalty. Please follow on the Iron Heart Forum for updates in due course.
Our outlet section will continue exactly as before, offering end-of-season and discontinued items.
We understand that some of these changes may be disappointing, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding. Every decision we make is focused on protecting the quality, integrity, and future of Iron Heart.

@Sir_Cuffs-a-Lot i think its more like the have a formula to work out pricing, and a factor in that is the price of silver. You and we can argue the accuracy of that formula, but lets pretend one exists. The price of silver has gone up a lot in just a few days, and so they have decided that their prices are out of date, again
I'm not here to argue for or agaisnt the price of silver, the comments in the past about GAH not being tied to the price of metal, etc etc - just making a point that the problem they are trying to fix is soaring cost of silver, and its soared some more since the email Josh sent out a couple weeks ago.
