I have the MB and IB. I don't have any experience with the BB.  I've always been a sucker for overdyed stuff so if I had to choose between MB and BB, I'd go with MB.  If you're looking for blue denim, go with the IB. They fade to this awesome electric blue.

I was afraid you’d say that…are you starting to see any fading or wear at all on the mb?

@cool_breeze_ the standard OD fades slowly, so I feel sure the MB will too. The BB is predicted to fade gently to grey, due to being both reactive dyed and fugitive dyed. Truth is though, no one really knows how any of these will fade as they are brand new denims.

The IB is a better known quantity and it fades with high contrast.

They can’t put a size chart up it until the have measured the jeans. It will be released before the jeans are up for sale. Normally the day before, sometimes a few hours before.

Given that this is a Monday release it may be the same day. My guess is they only arrived in Gosport recently.

Any idea how much shrinkage we can expect in the waist and thigh?

Approx 1" in the waist which we'd expect to stretch back to pre-soak size. Not as much in the thigh but I'd expect that to stretch back to pre-soak over time with consistent wear

Thanks, Adam. I did see that on the details tab but I was wondering if we had any personal experience with it. Like if anyone had posted pre and post measurements.

On the 555XHSBB thread, I saw that Jett hot washed and dried his and barely got any shrink.

Okay, I'm a wee nervous but I ended up picking this up with a 31.9" waist and a 13" thigh.  I'm hoping to get that 0.3" shrink in the thigh and I can handle a 1" shrink in the waist.

I'll keep you guys posted but that's it for me for the year.  Just realizing that that doesn't mean much when there's 10 days left in the year LOL!

All that matters is the conviction. Whether there are 364 days left in the year or 3, the main point is that you choose a position and stick with it. I love the commitment! No Iron Heart for 10 days?!? You are a man amongst boys lol!!!
