In the last few weeks Giles and I have observed that an increasing number of users directly reply to PM notifications they get via mail.

Please notice that the notifications are sent by the forum software from forum@ironheart.co.uk and your e-mail reply will end in the digital nirvana and never arrive the user's inbox.

Make sure to reply directly via the forum in the future.

"IMPORTANT: Remember, this is just a notification. Please do not reply to this email."

I thought that was a hint.  But as you say El, people only look at pretty pictures…..
