Mine was not second hand. In fact, I waited 3 months just for them to get it in stock and I paid full price for it. The sewing on it is horrible, and they didn't bevel and polish the edges, which is what i'd come to expect when you're paying a premium for Horween shell. They basically just cut the shapes out and slapped it together with thread. I'll post pics when I have time. This was a couple years ago – my mistake was not asking for a refund at the time. It was one of those things that didn't bother me at first but over time it really started to bug me. I just threw it back in its box and put Ashland on my 'never buy from again' shitlist.

I'd have to post pics to give you a sense of what i'm talking about. Before I bought the wallet the 'mistake' was not in any of their pictures, otherwise I likely wouldn't have bought it. There's a piece of the shell that's folded over on itself and then sewn with the connecting piece. It sticks out like a sore thumb

Honestly, in my experience, I would place their customer service second, only to IH. Even with the language barrier, they would all but bend over backwards.

I'm trying to think of a good unique hashtag to use on IG and other social media to help us cultivate images from our followers. The idea is that in the near future we'd like to see how other people style their IH gear and if we have them posting with our hashtag then we can build up a great gallery of images.

Yeah, i really need to get back on that… we've got a few new things we'd like to do with our Instagram that I'm hoping to roll out at the beginning of next year. Start fresh and all that jazz.
