It changes how the milk is processed. When the milk is in a plastic bag like that, you can add a more effective kill step at the end after the milk is in the final package
That and bags are so much more efficient to transport. Way less wasted space.

For some reason there's somewhat significantly more wear on my left leg than my right, anyone experience this ?

Left leg here. Phone in left hand pocket and because I'm left handed, I tend to kneel on my left knee before my right. A fun fact that no one needs to know ;).

Hahahahahha, NYC is fine. The East Coast had a slight tornado warning but I have not seen much evidence of that. Then again, I have not been watching the news. Also, people on the East Coast tend to complain/ worry too much about weather and the "possibility" that it will be severe.
