maybe not your style but I love my travel bag from Red Oxx.
can't recall the model name I have but it can convert to a backpack, so easy to run with
lifetime warranty and made in usa

Tadgear also has an awesome warranty

I had a zipper detach from the bag a few years ago, they sent me a brand new (and newer generation) pack. I don't remember if I had to pay shipping for the old one back to them

I've heard of a few people on their third or fourth pack

I know violence is not the answer, I got it wrong on purpose

                  Take a look here:

                  http://www.ironheart.jp/ShopLink.html

I have never seen a shop carrying them in Shibuya, but then I have never bothered looking…...

There is a place in Shibuya called OT+E that has some (very little) IH gear, the topmost one on this page: http://www.rakuten.ne.jp/gold/ot-emens/shop/index.htm

Hinoya Plus Mart in Ueno (less than half an hour with the Yamanote line from Shibuya) had quite a bit of IH as well, probably the widest selection in the central Tokyo area. Only up to XL in tops though.

I strongly suggest that you take the time to visit The Works in Hachioji if you have the time for it.

                    AIAN HA-TO!

I'm really liking the look of their khaki's. (With the exception of the dip in the back pockets.)

so to get the weight a piece of raw cloth 1 yard square is weighed (and the same cloth sanforised is cut to 1 yard square and weighed in a similar manner)?

Yes, hence the 21/23 designation on the IH-634SR Annies.
