I’ve built and rebuilt a pair of brown Boss in the online tool, but haven’t placed the order with G yet because… money and a (ahem) «few» pairs of Boss already in the house. But I’d be wanting to wear these with my 814’s and olive combats so the grey roughout would be amazeballs.

Agreed, that charcoal should go with anything. Which is why it was the first pick for the JH Classics I have on order. For me it's gotta be Veg or Brit tan on a honey lug for sure. Leaning Veg but don't own anything in the Brit yet

If you get a pair made on the Boss/Jobmaster last it will be. If I understand correctly there will also be the option of having it made on the MP last which has a slightly different fit (although sizing is more or less the same).

Are the Boss and Jobmaster toes wider than the MP? Which one is the widest/broadest?

I wear US 12D in Red Wing Round Toe/Rovers. However, I simply cannot wear a Red Wing Moc Toe because the 12D is too tight in the toes and the 13D is too big. Unfortunately, they don’t make a 12.5D.

I’m guessing a US 12.5 D in either the Boss or Jobmaster would be ideal.

I'm somewhere inbetween an E and a D fitting. I err towards the D in Boss/Jobmaster and E in the MP. It isn't that the MP last isn't wide. At it's widest point it is the same as a Boss last, more or less, but it does taper at the toe end.
