Just wanna show another image of this lovely shirt. (Sorry to xpost from another thread) Here's me with the new whip chord pants. I like this image as it shows how subdued this shirt can be (vs that vibrant blue in the sun, see my prev post here). And similar to the new pants, the shirt feels both relaxed and slim. Love it.

^That's a great fit! Since the last few months, I just wear the 2 copies of this shirt. Every other IH shirt is just resting in the wardrobe.

Don’t be. Great pics of great clothes posted twice, is just double the great.

Please help me judge fitment of this shirt.
I got it at the local to me Kentaurus store in Cologne, and all they had left was XL, where I usually take XXL. I took the bigger of the two shirts they had in stock, and below is a picture of me after the first wash.
It's fairly tight around the shoulders, not yet to the point where it's uncomfortable. But you can see that the third button from the top is pulling ever so slightly. I have lost a fair amount of weight during the last year, so I'm surprised that such a tailored looking shirt even fits (I own the Cash III in XXXL!). But I'm kind of undecided if I should have kept looking for a XXL - which the guys at Iron Heart Hamburg still have in stock as I just found out!

@tody It's a little hard to judge from the picture but I'd say the fit looks good! The length and shoulders seem fine and the arm length seems good too.

The sizing of this shirt is generally a little larger than normal, so that could explain why you're a smaller size than usual. I've gone with my usual size and it's noticeably more loose on me than other IH shirts I own.

I own two of these beautiful shirts in my size. As @Lowlander mentioned already, the measurements on these run a little bit larger compared to the other denim iterations. This one fits just right for you, but keep in mind that they do shirk a bit over several washes after which they remain over there. So taking this into consideration, I would try to size up.

I believe sizing up is the way to go. If anyone is looking for a shirt in XL, I may have one for sale in the foreseeable future!

I own this shirt in my normal size (large for basically all IH shirts, including UHF) and I know I was flip flopping between a medium and the large because the numbers looked "closer" to what I was expecting in the medium.  I got the shirt in large and can attest to it being larger off the bat than my other shirts.  After a few washes, while still a tick more relaxed, it has shrank a bit and settled to where I like the fit.  I would say that if it feels a little tight in the shoulder for you, it's going to continue feeling that way after every wash.  Your normal size is most likely the way to go, unless you're looking to maintain more "fitted" and all the other dimensions are plenty comfortable

The evo on this shirt happens very slowly (in my case anyway)… still, the color of the natural indigo is just beautiful.
