I'm a similar boat, 5'10/175, usually XL in Western uhfs, and large in just about everything else including Western denim shirts, tees, hoodie, leather jacket, and I went with a medium in the indigo lefty from a couple of runs back that had a 22.2" p2p and I'm debating seeing if the crew can find me a wide large here as I'm worried an XL might be just a smidge wider and longer than how I want to wear this.

@vince I have this jacket from a previous run in an XXL, but the dimensions of my jacket are similar to those stated in this run. I’m 188cm and 85kg, and my XXL is on the roomy side.
