We can't.  We're trying to sort out some normal 2526J that were fucked up…...

The first overdye experiment resulted in the jacket shrinking 2 whole sizes.

Sounds like a win for small folks…

So, as not many have washed their Cotton Duck Type IIIs - we can expect at least 1 size shrinkage if we really hot wash our non-overdyed ones? I feel like my XXL would be perfect if it shrank just a bit.

@footandmaff The first overdye experiment resulted in the jacket shrinking 2 whole sizes.  We are trying another process…..

That might not actually be so bad for me as I often struggle with IH sizing for tops. Any idea on how small we're talking?

To complicate matters there's the new indigo/indigo type III, decisions, decisions. Have you got an ETA?

I got minimal shrinkage as the product pages suggests, but go head and try, you won't wreck it…

It's academic, as we're not going to use this process, I can't afford to end up with a load of what are effectively XXXS,  XXS and XS…..

Sure, completely appreciate that. One of the already sacrificed ones might fit me, that was all.

It's always a win for the small folks with Japanese clothes!

Bad news.  The overdying is just not working.  It appears that the duck is too unstable and the results are too unpredictable, so we're calling it a day on experimentation.

Good news is that I will revert to Plan A.  Which is to make the same design Type III, in SBG….

Hopefully this drops during fall, so I could just maybe, MAYBE reason myself to buy another jacket..
