Don't mean to question you El, but I believe you meant Elephantiasis to refer to the (presumed) generalized enlargement of Captain's nether regions
The -itis ending would indicate an inflammatory state (think cellulitis, sinusitis) affecting such anatomy
But perhaps that is what you meant… maybe that explains the whole thing...

Speaking as a reformed scandi denim fan of 3-4 years (acne and j.l.) and being a (mere) trip works wearer I have to factually disagree with you OP.

Sorry for stearing the truck that is this thread back toward the road, but I gotta know:
What is it about your lifestyle that leads to this? You said no jean ever lasted you more than 9 months and obviously youve had lots of different pairs…. So clearly there's something you do that's out of the ordinary. If it were a pair or two maybe it's a bad sample but if every pair you wear blows out super fast, well then, it's you.
(And this is not meant as an insult or accusation. I really wanna know.)

Am I to understand there is a direct correlation between crotch blowout and the size of the d-ck in the jeans?
It really seems over the piece Captain has been a touch unlucky with his jeans but can't have lost too much confidence in IH if there's thought to buying more (301s?)
Given that and the fact that nearly everyone else has happily had a far better experience I guess there really isn't any kind of issue
