Just remember that you can request UPS, we currently default to DPD so you just need to add a note that you want UPS shipping instead.

We use DPD because of the enhanced tracking information, but if this doesn't work well for the majority we can revert to UPS as default - you need to let us know!

Cheers Giles,  not something you guys are responsible for … I kinda like the DPD tracking system, but that doesn't help if they hire emptyheads to drive my stuff around over here and coming up with stories to defend their doings.
Anyway, some talking to Pinocchio and his Geppetto going to happen tomorrow and Pinochio better hope I have no lighter in hand by that time, or his wooden ass might...

Delivery announced for today … at home in joyful anticipation ... and fucked!
My 'new jacket' is located now in a local timber trading company! (DPD service point)
-> earliest pickup option - Monday or Tuesday

I have to defend UPS: out of all carriers I never had any probs with UPS.
