temerity is like a scrabble word.  always impressed with the folks on this forum despite how "unmannered" some folks are.  To be fair, it's cool that one of your vendors was comfortable enough to voice that opinion. I would be inclined to agree with him if Iron Heart didn't do so many other things well.
