We have decided that the base fabric for this shirt will be a pale blue Oxford weave.

Below is a pic in its virgin state and a further pic in its indigo dyed state:

The cut we will do is a a Work Shirt.

Questions.

Should we do a Western too? YES
Should we do either version in virgin Oxford?  YES

as an example I like the Flat Head white chambray at Self Edge (LINK) but the buttons are a little much for my professional work environment. I think you're spot on with the upcoming Great White.
