Was cooking some shrimps today (and trying to forget about personal shit).
You need some shrimps, garlic, chillies, rosmarin, cinamon, sesame, pepper, salt, olive oil and most important: don't forget the booze and the music (Gaslight Anthem did it for me). Cheers to you, hope you're doing fine and enjoy yourselves.

the twist was actually just that instead of knödels I diced potatoes and tossed them in for the last hour of cooking.
ingredients: almost a kilo of meat, pork and cow, 4 red onions, 3 huge peppers (red, yellow and green) white and black pepper freshly grounded (a lot), seasalt. A bit of flour and about 10 medium sized potatoes added today. and ofcourse about 500g of turkish youghurt.
next time I'll try to add real Jack (Daniels) ;-))
