your bank is giving interest??? on normal accounts here the interest is around 0,1-0,3, I'd say that's a joke

^same down here 0% interest for 'normal' banks. Have to use another provider type for interest, and they're not banks really (ING for eg). Even then interest rate is inflation so isn't really moving much in real $ terms. Still better our pocket than theirs..

Moving it into a savings account, they give a total % of 2.1 if you don't touch it in a year… Best deal in Belgium.
