I have developed reverse midas touch this week, everything I've touched has turned to shit

I hate unsuspected delays… Was supposed to send out a package (the IHSH-07 shirt) on Tuesday, now it's gonna happen tomorrow... Ordered new stamps on Monday, but then didn't get any mail on Tuesday since our glorious mailmen went on a strike (can't blame 'm though)... So Wednesday my stamps arrived, sans fecking custom papers, rendering the stamps useless... Went and picked up the forms today at the PO, so I can ship tomorrow...
Hardest thing is PM'ing the buyer saying "So yeah... Here's what happened..."

will get it out tomorrow or saturday as things have been crazy for me this past week. the worse part is i went to the post office to get some things sorted but left the package at home

An honestly, i would rather buy an IH-Shirt as a new tire.How badly? tires can be repaired, and it can be just a leaking valve…
well it's an 3cm (1.5inch) long rip and i think unfixable (well that's what the guy from the tire-store said!)

Did they do something super cool, like pay for your new tire? Or is this a more general comment?

they should pay for it if it happens on the job site. makes sense as their insurance covers it. . . but it's great that they didn't make you go through a bunch of red tape to get that information.

made a phone order yesterday, right after i've changed the tires and today i went to the boss of my boss and asked him about it...the only thing he said:"yeah just go ahead and we pay the bill. we just gonna take of 500SFr. from your next paycheck and we're good..."
so yeah, i'm pretty happy with the outcome of this...

I'm beyond pissed right now.
I was expecting a package from Self Edge today.
I checked the tracking number and it stated that the package was delivered to an address other than recipient.So I call FedEx to see what happened, because I've been home all day. and I was told that it was delivered to my leasing office.
Guess what? I dont have a leasing office, and there is not a leasing office on my street!
FedEx is supposed to check on it and call me tomorrow, but FUCK!
This really makes me sick to my stomach.

Seriously though, glad that worked out for you. Cars are such a pain in the ass.
