Nice… Is that BA Rasputin less dry than the OG?.. I heard it's very, very good... Have a bottle of BA Olde Ale here... Saving it for winter though  🙂

Sorry just saw this now. I'd say it was less dry, and yeah, it was really great

Had a bomber tonight from Half Acre called Beer Hates Astronauts. IPA from Chi. Pretty good, it's really interesting how IPA styles differ from East to mid country to west, etc.

This one was really sweet, which should come as no surprise, I guess, given the name.  Nonetheless, the sweetness was overwhelming and made it hard to finish.

Decent IPA from one of the first wave of Norwegian craft brewers who have fallen by the wayside. Good balance of pine, citrus and biscuit. A commercial but welcome return to form. Nice can too.

Not generally a Berliner weirs guy but my buddy gave me a can of this Mikkeller beer.
Really tasty, nice peach flavor. Would be great for the summer here.

And wrapping up with one of my all time favorite IPA's.

I agree about that Yellow Rose; it's a good one.  And I don't like IPAs.

I'm not a huge IPA guy but if I could have a fridge full of fresh Yellow Rose I'd be a happy camper.

I prefer APAs but then I'm a little, well, weird …

Can't go wrong with Prairie. Funny that you can get it in Belgium but it's a bitch for me to get it in MA. Got a Coffee Okie in the cellar just begging to be drank. (Along with all kind of BOMB! I save em cuz I have such a hard time getting em.

Hey @Traser2g I'll be ready for that trade we talked about awhile ago soon, let me know what Prairie you want and I'll be sure to track it down. Was going to send you a bottle of Yellow Rose and a Jester King Montmorency vs. Balaton as well if you still wanna trade!
I just cracked this open, love at first taste. Hot damn this is a good coffee stout!
Great way to end a pretty shitty day.  😞 😘

Was a bit worried because reviews categorised it as "extremely sour"… Nope... Sour but fruity... No carbonation... This is stellar... World class sour.
