I've been eyeing those hunt boots with the crepe sole from very early in the thread. Pretty difficult to find it seems.
Well, the Hunt Boot Crepe sole is completely different/ lighter than that of the Anglar Moc or the one which would be attached to the Maine Guide Boot. Oh and I defy you to make the Hunt Boot look good. I am yet to see it rocked well. Again, just my opinion.
Thats because that boots is make for hunting down deer and whatnot with your bare hands. If I get them and then get my hands a deer I will get a pick for you!

best i can do at the moment. if you look at my last few fit flicks you see them. . . kind of sort of. the material is a lot beefier than the leather used on the maine guide ox db, but that isn't a bad thing

There is a sale going on at thehipstore.co.uk, this was the only other place that sold the grey wool maine guide boots besides uncle otis which was not on sale there, if anyone is interested. (I believe it is more beneficial for people outside the EU to make the purchase).

i got my Loden Green Maine Guides in the post today, the quality is fantastic and the leather is beautiful but they are actually heavier than i was imagining and are maybe a little too chunky for my tastes so i'm thinking about moving them on…. Size UK10 - US11

I would go with a 10. Yuketen runs pretty TTS. All my chucks are US11 and all of my yuks are US11. Good luck!

I kopped the last ones from TBS, came out to about $250, had seem the for around $400 elsewhere…
I love the brogue + christy sole aesthetic, so I'm looking forward to my fake Vibergs lol
