this pair is two years old. two hot soaks when it was new and eight months daily wear before it gets its first wash.
think washes them four or five times then.

First soak yesterday after two weeks wear from new - with a piece of wood jammed into the waistband just to make sure I could still put them on once dried. The fit now is incredible. I've been walking around all day stroking my legs…

Wondering whether someone with a tad more Iron Heart experience than I can help… I don't want to dye the hem of my sweater by wearing it at the same time as my 666S, but I do eventually want to wear grey sweats with my 666. How many soaks/washes until the dye transfer ceases? Approximately?

Ages, but the indigo will wash out of your sweat….

Giles, any chance on the next production run maybe do a 38.5" inseam so i end up with a 36.5" after soak…i've never had  unsanforized  raws that fit in length.... been looking more and more into the idea of having a lighter weight denim for summer (currently working on IH-666xhs and in anticipation of MBB, since going ironheart nothing else fits as good) and thought it couldn't hurt to ask....no worries either way tho thanks

No can do I am afraid.  Doing a one-off is problematical and doing the whole run that long is not sensible…
