Great combo @wdw - IH denim jacket and a woolen roll neck is always a winner imo.

Thanks guys.  The roll neck is an Outdoor Knitwear Woolly Pully, surprisingly cheap, with a long sleeve t-shirt underneath.  I find that combo underneath allows me to wear IH denim jackets in fairly low temps.  Today, when these were taken, it was about 4ºC plus some wind chill, and I didn't feel at all cold.

I got this as a gift and this is my first denim jacket, the first day I wore it my neck got a huge rash and it was really uncomfortable it got better on the second day. It's not my fault the denim is thickkkk.

I like this jacket a lot, so here's a comparison of what it looks like now after 4.5 months quite hard use.  Definitely improving with age.

The 101J seemed to need a lot more effort than the 526J to get to looking pretty reasonable as it does now, but 8 months is nothing in the scale of things.  I only have 2 indigo denim jackets, but also a few other jeans jackets which also need to get worn occasionally.  Choices, choices…

Damn, now I regret selling mine. A pity the sizing didn't work out for me.
