Mind sharing the washing recipe? I'm scared to put my IHxVS in the machine, because I don't want further shrinkage nor crinkles and machine fades to happen.

I wash them inside out with 30 degrees and 800 RPM spinning. Afterwards I let them dry on air and don't put them in the dryer, @Max Power .
