IH-666-LB - Devil's Fit Loom Breakers….They're as hard as duck....

Limited to a total of 32 pairs worldwide

We had grand plans of making a shed load of this incredible shuttle loom woven selvedge duck.  Duck (AKA canvas) has to be woven at higher tension than denim, being a plain weave the higher tension fills in possible gaps in the finished fabric.  But the loom could not take the strain and this happened……

We did manage to weld the loom back together but decided that it was not worth the risk of doing even more damage by weaving more fabric.

That left us with only enough fabric for 69 jeans.  We made 32 in the 666 cut and 37 in the 634 cut and that is all there will ever be.  We are using the remaining indigo yarns to make a projectile loom woven version of the fabric, it'll be similar, but will not have a selvedge ID.
