Love the idea of this thread, and really want to contribute to it, but about the only thing I have bought of any significance this week is below. Purchased in Antwerp, about €8:

Just came in the mail today. Sized up to a W33 from a W32 for these and will do the same for the 801's as well after Giles recommendation. Fit pics to come soon…

Here is an obscure purchase I made this week in Moscow….it's a hat but used for a specific task (clearly not to be worn on the street unless you want to like like pappa smurf)...lets see if our Russian friends can explain !
That looks like the sort of hat I had to wear in a Banya (when I spent a load of time in Moscow - in a previous and much less interesting time)) when I was being beaten by grown men with Birch twigs….

I did however, get a Motorola Droid and it's fucking amazing
which one did you get? the motorola milestone?
Yes, kind of…the Milestone is named the Droid in the States
Only a minor difference, you can't pinch and expand on the browser on the US version because of Patent issues with Apple (but once the phone has been hacked, which I'm sure is a matter of time, you can unlock that ability)
The phone is great, I love this thing

Hi Stewart! this is the Bath House hat with the logo of the famous Sanduny Baths in Moscow. The hat is used to wear in the baths steam rooms for head protection from overheating … Never weared it myself though... Here is the link to their web site:

Thanks Daveo! Can't wait to see how those fit. Actually have a pair of my own 801's coming in the near future as well.
