I just talked to Roy July 2nd about some of Tilden's new stuff only to learn that he passed away today. I'm so so sad..... Roy was a legend who became a friend, and in so many ways introduced me to this space (the IH forum) where I have made so many more friends, aquaintences, and a few lovable enemies. He inspired me on so many levels to shut up and just make the damn things. That your only limitations are the ones you allow to be in your way, and that anything is possible if you believe in yourself.... Please know to love your people well, that life is short so enjoy the day, the biggest problems you may be facing today are things you will not think of when your time is nearing the end, life loves you back whether you know it or not, there is so much to be grateful for in every situation, and you are worth every minute anyone has ever believed in you so you have permission to believe in yourself...... We lost a giant today and Im gonna miss this guy.

This is very sad news.

I had a pair of Roy duck jeans a long time ago, when SE started stocking them. The sizing/fit did work out for me at the time, but i recall how beautifully they were put together, like pieces of art.
