Thanks Monday, I'll make sure it's not the last. I'm very fortunate to get to wear as much IH as I do, and as much of Kat's work as I do. Both are top notch IMO, funny how little I show off either I guess.

Here's me today. If I look disgruntled eating an apple, it's cause I am. I fucking hate apples but I force myself to eat AT LEAST
one every day. It's  best accomplished while multi-tasking (i.e. driving, walking the dog). It's really true what they say
"An apple a day keeps the doctor away".
Plus, apples help you to shit. Especially if you eat a lotta meat like me. Apples are truly the natural laxative. Eat one
along with your morning  coffee every day and I promise you'll shit like an elephant.

sisters out with sound health tips.

I've been wearing my duck and black IH-801s lately, switching off back and forth. I wore these black ones to the company
picnic yesterday. LOVE THEM ! They weirdly feel extraordinarily thick and indestructible, despite that they're 16ozers. Between
21oz and these, I can hardly tell the diff. And of course, they're highly breathable, even in disgustingly hot weather.
