I always wondered about that sticker thing. Is there any purpose in that besides showing that you bought an original? Just asking, because it came out of the blue that all kids wore fancy stickers on their caps and I'd like to understand why

I think that's it. my son explained it so.

And if the sticker peels off, the fekkin' cap is unuseable… go figure. (I have once been asked to glue the sticker back)

Kids nowadays leave the size and even the price tag sticker on….to show how "fresh" it is, the stickers that monday has on his fitted are the correct ones to leave on if that's your steez.....on one of my Cooperstown Giants SF Fitted, I have that "authenticity" sticker still on.
