I appreciate the kind words. My first pair hemmed short enough to stack rather than cuff. It was unnerving asking for a 32" inseam. I tried to capture how hairy they are, but it's tough with phone pics.

I have my 555-01's hemmed to 33
And they are a bit long

Yes they are the 36. Waist is a little large, but a hot soak brought them down a touch.

I'm 6" tall, but have proportionately short legs.

I think with the unknown qualities of a new denim any over dying would be a hideous risk. Possibly a few years down the line when more is known about how it behaves…

Oh, it's been pretty much a week of wear now and this morning was the first morning that I didn't scream in rage and frustration trying to get these buttoned :). They have finally submitted to my will.

Probably do another waist measurement tomorrow to see how they have stretched...

Excited to see how these stretch. Personally I really like how much the 18oz denim gives but I'd be okay with more give.
Seems like these will have incredible fading properties.
What are the chances of there being a 555-19L? Cause that'd be awesome.
