One point I liked about the 101 was the stitching how one line was light yellow and one golden. Plus the zig zag detail down the front would look killer a different shade of yellow.
Also I think the extra body length is an awesome idea. Great having a repro but also modern spins sometimes perfect an old concept. I'm learning H excels in that.
Also, I thought the plastic buttons at the back were like an anti scratch your car thing or something??
But IH buttons like on the 531 or 534 would be killer. Perhaps if they were even bronze to take a tad bling off.I also liked the flannelette option if in future ventures was considered. Wrangler made killer red/black flanny lining on the 11mj. God dam lord of a jacket!!
I also like the sound of one washed. Takes the guess work out of sizing factors.

Because the IH-526J is already available in the 21oz denim and I love the 18oz denim - and it's my party…..

I know you've never really been for Pre-Orders, but what if we could put down deposits, like on the Viberg Collabs? It might increase the amount that were available at time of sale, get those who are for sure in a guaranteed piece, and splitting the price is pretty nice, especially on the mor "iron priced" items.

It might increase the amount that were available at time of sale, get those who are for sure in a guaranteed piece, and splitting the price is pretty nice, especially on the mor "iron priced" items.
- What size will you place a deposit upon when you do not know the measurements?
- You would not believe the amount of exchanges we have to do even when the sizing of a product is published.
- So people guess what the production sizing will be and I get deposits for a load of shirts, and I act on that info to place my order, then the production sizing comes in 1-2 sizes small like the IH-533, result pissed off customers and me with a shitload of stock I don't need

If a blanket lined version came in a cut which fit like a XXL Levi's X Filson Trucker I'd have no choice but to pick one up! I've tried (as you well know) too many times to fit into the Type III's, I just hope one gets made for someone who wears XXL shirts, and some XXXL's, ha.
I really dig the details on this one, and I hope this sticks so we get some more versions with lining and dare I say pockets on the lined version:)

That's why I think some deposit action would really be helpful.
I hate you guys not getting what you want as much as you do. I have spent the last 6 years trying how to make things easier, I have not come up with a solution that works. If someone has an idea that will help, then I am all ears, but so far no one has come up with a way that works.

G - What if a full deposit could buy you a ticket to a "pre-sale" where there would be 24 hours to exclusively use the newly published charts before the inventory is released to the public? If you make a deposit, but you don't get in touch with the IH in the given "pre-sale" window, your slot is forfeited and you have to get in line like the rest of us.
That'll give those who are chomping at the bit for a particular item a chance to get it and feel like they've done their due diligence. It can be on a first come, first served basis too.
