Seen the chatter on tiger stripe—figured I'd chime in, since I've had these Orslow pieces in rotation for some time. Tiger's the standout for me. Summer-friendly breathability, yes, but the ripstop has real heft and a satisfying rigidity—light-years beyond the flimsy mainstream alternatives. Worth noting—the waist gives nearly an inch with wear, so factor that in when sizing.
That’s great! So excited for the shorts and shirt. Both are en- rout. Orslow’s ripstop is great for summer. I’ve been wearing that Jungle jacket tons and even in the heat, it’s so light and breathable. Better than wearing sunblock!

Just got back from our walk. 24°C and it’s perfect.
The only negative is no inside pockets but then I guess it wouldn’t be a jungle jacket. -

@Giles Same! The size 4’s regular reverse sateen fatigue shorts I have one tab of extra buffet room. It’s fine, they’re awesome shorts. Mr Porter’s measurements were bang on so glad I went by them. Also, they shipped fast considering it was from Italy. Thanks for that recommendation.

@Chibs So, are you saying the shorts fit tighter than trousers? What size did you go for—4? I got a 3 in both, and they fit pretty much the same on me. A little stiff on the first day, but they loosened up all over pretty quickly. I’d probably avoid machine washing or drying these.
