I went with my usual 34 and do not advice to size down. They shrink a fair amount over time and don't stretch beyond the raw state, maybe even stay a tad below.

Since april, 6,5 - 7 months wear, no wash. They really need time to break in, but now they are gettin better every week. I hope, I can hold me back from washing.

No need to. Eternal denim can be washed a lot and will look good!
My pair has only around 9-10 weeks worth of wear

They look great. And, as they are so dark, you can wash them without risk. I've washed mine at least 10 times and they hold the colour pretty well. I also have the vertical falling on my pair.
