            Nice, you will not be sorry.

            It was the reviews on Amazon that convinced me it was the right system to invest in

            I know violence is not the answer, I got it wrong on purpose

              You went with the Dragondoor kettlebell? I don't know how they're different from the Cap Barbell kettlebells, but I've been very satisfied with the Cap Kettlebells. I have 17 or 18 of them

                  not in shape enough for all that kettle-corn-stuff; plus i'm clumsy & can see me dropping it on my foot or hitting somebody in the head.

                  old school with very simple pull ups, dips, push-ups & sit-ups.  jump rope, ride my bike or just walk around the block for light cardio. once that gets boring & easy i'll upgradeadd different elements to it.

                  with a year to get ready for this i can actually focus on diet as well as mental & physical fitness.  plus if i go hard now i'll be board by the time it's time for the challenge.  pace myself slow & steady to avoid injury & i think i'll be fine.  slow & steady works for me.

                  of course every one is different, so do what works for you

                          Monday Kettlebell and skogg are for when I'm down another 20#.  Right now I started taking brisk 2 mile walks with bricks in my pack. I am down 30# in about 6 weeks by changing my diet to Whole30 (thank you SeaWolf) which is a form of the Paleo diet.

                            I'm loving all this info.  Keep it coming, fellas.

                            Monday, I'm not to the level of kettlebells, either.  I'm coming off a reconstructed shoulder (just graduated PT last week; over 6 weeks early) and am up to bands, pushups, and light cardio.

                                    May have over did it a bit last night made a big scramble last night for dinner
                                    Organic brown eggs
                                    Nitrate free bacon
                                    Sweet potato
                                    Tomato
                                    Onion
                                    Peppers
                                    Spinach
                                    Avocado
                                    Then took a nice brisk 2 mile walk with the bricks, then decided to do 5 sets of 10 burpees. I learned the hard way what a "vurp" is

                                          The one thing I have noticed about eating healthier is that it takes longer to digest, so keep that in mind. On a positive note though, keep you full longer

                                          I can't wait to get my GR1 so I can start testing myself with the bricks on my back
