I know Indy boots are no longer "all the rage" but Need Supply just released a nice light suede version (which they claim is exclusive to them) which would look great with some slim black jeans. Probably also look really nice with some blue chinos

Anybody ever have (or see) a pair of indy's resoled with a double leather sole? I think it would look pretty good, but I'd like to see a pair before I give it a try.

I've seen some good Indy resoles on Brian the Bootmaker's (aka Role Club) IG feed, not sure that any were double sole, but I'm pretty sure that he'd tackle it.

Front, L-R: Trubalance Cigar Shell Indy @ almost brand new, Barrie Whiskey Shell plain toe bluchers @ 1.5 years old, Barrie Color 4 shell shortwing boots new to me @ 1 year ago, but a few years older than that.

It took me years to get a new pair of cigar shell at retail price. I didn't even bother to wait for color 4 and just bought a used pair that I liked. Surprisingly, my old plain toes have been possibly the favorite lately since they're so damn comfortable, especially after a resole by Brian Truong.
