Like Monday, I very rarely wade in, but in this case I am going to. Because of who I am and what I do, it is difficult for me to come across as objective, so please bear in mind, I am trying to be.

There are a lot of people on this forum with a great passion for Iron Heart. There are also a lot of people with a great passion for other brands, some people (probably the vast majority) love a variety of brands.

It was me who created the board "other denim and garment brands", specifically because I wanted to engender discussion about loads of stuff. Yes, I am passionate about Iron Heart, but I also own TFH. Sammy, PBJ, Roy, Sugare cane, Warehouse etc etc. I own them because I love quality constructed clothes.

My feeling is that if you are in the Aston Martin owners club and all you do is go on about how fantastc Ferarris are you're likely to get a few negative vibes, I think that perhaps the comment about IH copying Nudie who had copied Lee was probably the straw that broke the camels back.

If there was a Sammy Forum, I would likely join, but I certainly would not exclusively post about Iron Heart.

I agree. Maybe that wasn't the politest and best formulation I used and I'm sorry that it started such a discussion.

And about th variety of brands: next one is FC or IH. Whereas FC is in the lead right now (I'm sure I did something wrong again j/k)

Thanks for the info about DC4. Planning a trip to Berlin in the near future to check it all out personaly…and if they would carry the raw Busters, it would just be peferct

ive went from wearing 710's to 1108's and the difference is huge , the fullcounts are soo soft but the thing you realy need to get used to is the back pocket placement (realy love the fullcount denim)

they fit nearly perfect at the waist right now but they should shrink a bunch. I'm positive they will give me a classical fit. like my other 510-cut models. and yes, they are the AI model

Good one Seul! I honestly have no issue with Samurai denim. In fact, I really enjoy it fading characteristics and admire the range of cuts. Continue the Samurai discussion, my eyes are wide open!

Always will be a huge Sammie fan… Although I admire the way IH releases products more... Sometimes less is better, is all I'm saying...

I agree with you on that one. Samurai puts out a lot of new jeans. It's like inflation
but you can't deny that the last year was also pretty busy for IH (Beatle Buster, 666: all in multiple denims)

If it wasn't allowed I would have deleted it. Was only posting my opinion about your statement. I understand that this is "Other Brands" and I honestly have no problem with people posting their thoughts/ opinions on them. Just find it odd because I don't believe you own a single piece of IH and yet, you are on the IH Forum posting about Samurai. I am officially done commenting on this subject.
