This is definitely not the case with me.  I still get hangovers like a mother fucker.

What would you guys recommend for a vape setup? I've smoked for ten years now.

Winston Gold were my old favorites, but I now smoke American Spirit Yellows since Winston has changed their tobacco.

The amount of setups and options really is overwhelming.

Anyone else only feel or felt like quitting WHILE you were smoking? When I need one the thoughts about quitting are all out the window. I've never felt that feeling until recently and find it strange.

For sure man. I think almost every cigarette I ever had was accompanied by either guilt, anxiety and or thoughts of quitting

It's taken ten years for me to even start feeling that. I smoke two in the morning then go 8-12 hours before having another. Normally have 7-10 cigarettes a day.

I also use half a can or more a day of dip (not loose leaf). I don't know which would be harder to quit, but I imagine it would be smoking. Anxiety goes crazy if I even think about never smoking again.

smoked for about 10 years now, since i was fifteen. only ever touched marlboro menthols. not looking to quit anytime soon. as long as i still can do 90mins every sunday at football, i know i'm good.

2.5 percent of my genetic makeup is unaccounted for so it's possible. But I am broadly Southern European.

I vape with a Joyetech eGrip II with the lowest setting atomizer they make. I think it's the 0.25ohm

I smoked for almost 20 years, at times two packs a day.

Hangovers are worse when you've smoked a pack + over a night of drinking, but to say they virtually disappear is entirely not the case with me.  Pretty sure hangovers have something to do with alcohol consumption.

dehydration from the consumption yes. Which smoking increases quite a bit. Hey man smoke up.

My college professor in chemistry told me that if you take a couple multivitamins after binge drinking (but before going to bed), it helps with the hangover in the morning. It actually does help, when you can remember.
