Loopwheel sweatshirt
-
Hey anyone know the "best" (I know that's relative, but I want opinions) loopwheeled sweatshirt for the money? Prefer grey, but Dosent have to be. Hoodie or no hoodie, no matter, my money is just a little light but I really want to pick one up for the summer night at the beach. I was looking at studio d' artisan , they look really nice but a lot of $$

there is a sweatshirt thread here, might find some recommendations there

I've had all sorts of hoodies, but the best is obviously IH. I have the IHSW-03 and IHSW-05. Fabric wise, the 03 is lighter, but fit wise, the 05 takes the cake. I've also washed both of the in the washing machine and they come out looking brand new. Loopwheeled does not mean its good, the Nike/Loopwheeler stuff is not that great IMHO.

The thread jaco posted is a great source; probably the most info there.
And remember: the Search function is your friend…

So far I can comment on Sweats and Hoodies from LoopWheeler (not their Nike collaboration), SDA, Buzz Rickson and PBJ.
Real McCoy, FullCount, Samurai and Warehouse are still on my wish list. There are a few more brands out there doing loopwheeled (or similar) sweats.
Prices are around €150 and upwards…The best so far is Buzz Rickson, but I have high hopes for the coming IH version. I would also not rule out Real McCoy and Warehouse at this point, but I can only confirm once I get my hands on these.

I said it in the other thread and I'll reiterate here. The Strike Gold loopwheeled sweats are fantastic. I own two of the crewnecks and couldn't be happier with them. They're beefy, comfortable, and darn close to wind proof to boot.
I've also been dying to try some stuff by Barns Outfitters. From what I can gather from pictures of their stuff on rakuten, it looks to be pretty good.

TFH do great loopwheeled hoodies with Aztec inspired designs. The long cotton fibre is very soft to touch.

I got a wine colored barns, it's pretty nice, not blowing me away but nice. I want a studio d artisan hoodie, not the pig label the other one, the one they have at BiG
