          I got my 777 21oz back from repair last week and wow was I ever impressed by the work done, especially with the repair on the frayed bottoms, didn't even know that was possible!! Makes me wonder why I would ever consider buying denim from another company at this point, I have spent $100+ just to get a crotch repair fixed locally. Thank you guys for doing such incredible work and thinking about sustainability!

              One of my nemesis for repairs.... button holes, always improving everytime i do it, but definitely takes a little bit of time, but it will keep these guys in action for while longer.

                @JoshC I was wondering how you did button holes and also curious about if you use or have a preference for a specific thread when repairing.

                I’ve used thicker embroidery thread in the past and it seems to hold up fairly well, but would love to know what you prefer and recommend.

                  @goosehd so i use a Rasant-Oxella thread, which is a polyesters and cotton blend making super strong, it feels almost wirey, which is good becuase you want it to be super durable in such an area,you normally find this style of thread is used for upholstery or shoes for seams etc.

                  I have tried alot of different ways to fix button holes but hand sewing is definitely the best way.

                              My bike saddle puts all the stress only on that pronounced seam. I'm a bit worried the seam might give in before there is an actual hole in the fabric.

                                That is not very compromised. I think the fabric will go first....

                                        @Jakederoche so I can re-hem over the jeans thats not a problem, it does slightly change the hem position from its original, but that is kind of expected when your reconstructing the leg opening, but it doesn't effect the overall leg too much, I will be reheming them today so ill try and remember to get a photo to show you.

                                        @motojobobo cheers mate ☺
