Deadline for entries will be mid next week. I will then send a message out with my bank details to transfer the money, will withdraw it and put it in the safe at work. Please ensure the £10 or equivalent is transferred prior to kick off 11th August. PayPal F and F can also work if it's easier for anyone with a different currency. Feel like it's going to be a close year and many teams will be very similar!

The app also does a cup later in the season, we can discuss if we want to do a competition for that as well nearer the time to keep things interesting, maybe £5 in winner takes all - but one step at a time eh

I’m English by birth so although I’ve grown to watch afl I almost still have no idea what its actually about and have more interest in the nrl so I’m probably screwed either way

Even though where I am they never cover NRL on the news even when origin was played here

SA the backward state but I wouldn’t change it for the world

@Brian I went to an origin game when I was in Sydney, it was epic

@AdamC there is nothing better than origin here for rugby league 3 games and most time Queensland wins which pleased my father in law greatly when he was alive

@Brian haha I literally know nothing about it, just love sport. I managed to tick off a Boxing Day ashes test at the MCG, 2 Lions tests and an origin test

@Brian yeah the rugby is much popular over east. we get some exposure out west but most of the time, it's just an excuse to head to the pub. other than that, it's just the dockers and eagles.
