The 21oz fades in such a unique way. I’ve just bought the PXIH10AN jeans and I’m hoping for something similar over time. They are even and smooth like the 21oz. Lovely jeans @Chap

I've been into Japanese denim for close to 15 years, IH 21oz is probably my favorite denim for my purposes. I've owned more types and weights of denim than I care to keep track of.

I wear jeans in an environment where almost everyone wears slacks, khakis or suits. I can get away with wearing jeans (even though I'm in a relatively high position and expected to be more formal) because the 21oz doesn't have high contrast fades. It's just more versatile, I wear them at meetings with executive management as well as going out to dinner or running back and forth at the shooting range or going spelunking with my dogs.

They look great with a tucked in shirt and sport coat or paired with my MA1 or with rifle magazines on my belt and a plate carrier up top.

Just some final words, and that's just my humble opinion. I think I have denim pants from most of the Japanese Brands including Samurai, TFH, ONI, Momotaro, PBJ, Fullcount, RMC…  and of course IH, most of them are fantastic, beautifully made, with lots of love to details and cloths, each brand with it's own character, fading ability, cuts etc. I don't see any better or worse, just different and most of all no need for any kind of ranking... enjoy and be happy that we have these brands to satisfy our love for denim...

I’ve spent the last couple weeks obsessively measuring and remeasuring every pair of pants I own and looking at the sizing charts for almost every model Iron Heart offers haha. In the end I landed on the classic and I can’t wait to put them on!

That’s what it’s all about! Someday I need to buy a pair of 634S. I have Vulcans and the 1634 but still not these….

These were my first IH jeans and I loved them. But alas I lost weight and sold em off. Wish I had kept
Them for My twilight years when I’m 290 again.
