Congrats to everyone so far! I had to skip my usual Monday tour due to a f***cking aching shoulder impingement syndrome, but with lots of ibuprofen it got better and here we are again, another 38 km 

(Schleswig-Holstein is pretty awesome in late spring / early summer)

Just a solo training run. Didn’t have my hydration vest either so had to stop a couple times for water and once for a coke which tasted so so good on mile 21.

probably not as good as a nice cold beer afterwards.

Ran a 5k with the local run club out of the brewery a few blocks away today.

I am bad at running    finished, but I wouldn't have won any awards.  Happy I did it though, met some cool locals, got a cool beer afterwards (brand new saison called "Catalina Wine Mixer")

I'll go back again next Wednesday

Here’s my contribution through yesterday (have a race tonight so most likely will add ~40 miles today).

Can disregard the mileage accrued on the bottom row from 87.5 left.  I’m getting 345.6 miles with those exclusions.

@tody That’s the plan.  My personal best is 1:45 and I hope to beat it.

@Nkwkfld 3 pounds doesn’t seem to be very much 1 pound/week, but I was 187 starting out and feeling a little heavy.  My happy weight seems to be 175-180 and am hoping to get there.

@tody …also hoping you can make it!  Plans are to turn up the music and zone out…might even move the machine out to the deck and row outside.  Haven’t done it before.
