WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY - WAYDT (PICS)

[dirtyframer]

Continuing work on creating a replica of Stradivari Messiah Violin.

[ARNC]

@dirtyframer what’s the story behind this? Testing your skills? An instrument to play yourself? A commission? Sorry, too many questions but I feel there must a good story here.

[warriors22]

@goosehd will be out there on Thursday as well!! Can’t wait

[warriors22]

Went scream fest and got to meet Doug Bradley from pinhead

[dirtyframer]

@ARNC I enjoy creating historical pieces of furniture utilizing hand tools and have taught myself to carve, do marquetry, inlay work etc and decided it was time to create an instrument. And what better choice than to make one of history's most famous pieces!

More than anything I enjoy the researching of the history that coincides with my pieces.

(All a hobby to keep me relaxed)

[ARNC]

@dirtyframer I love this. I have almost no practical skills but I very much appreciate people who do!

[dirtyframer]

@ARNC the Mrs. Is now making me build smaller pieces since ive filled most rooms in the house lol.

And like IH gear the amount of clamps you need on a violin is N+1...
