@Mni I forget where it is in the thread but the base pattern is the same but the od model was changed to account for the sizing. They tried for other models but reverted, however this repattern on the 634 was kept as the altered version since it was very on point

@ozai I’ve been around for a while and haven’t heard that. Any chance you can point me to where that was?

When we did the IH-634S-B, we completely redid the pattern to try and get the OD version and the indigo version as close as possible. We did that with all very early iterations of indigo and the OD equivalent. But a series of bad repatterning led us to keep the same pattern for both variants and live with the size variance.

EDIT. But we never bothered reverting to a single patten for the 634S variants as we had nailed the pattern for the OD version

@ozai I wondered why my newly ordered 634 OD 21’s were pretty much bang on for my regular IH tag size. I literally checked it multiple times thinking I had read it wrong or the measurements were from an old batch.
Some of my other OD’s have had to go up nearly 2 tag sizes.

As @yannis pointed out, please go by the measurements of each individual release and do not go off of tag size alone. I have tag sizes in 33 through 36 and they all fit just about the same as I went with the measurements.
