has anybody a pic of the Calf wallet leash worn? I want to see how big the hook is and how it drapes around the beltloop. I got a hook that is too narrow so it doesn't hang down but tends to hang vertically Hope u know what I mean). thanks in advance

The hook is about 2.5" long and somewhat heavy. I've never had a problem with it going vertical while standing. If you sit down, your leg may move it vertical though.

Can anyone tell me about the fit of US dollar bills in the Medium Cordovan Wallets??  By the measurements, it does not look like bills will fit inside without folding or sticking out slightly.

They fit fine, you may not be seeing the rear most pocket.  Also, I think if you (in your minds eye) rotate the bills 45 degrees you can see how they would fit.
