Hello there. Welcome to my barterama trade post. I’m looking to find new loving homes for the following Iron Heart shirts all in size XL. Most have only a couple wears. A few are unworn. Would like to trade for Large or possibly Medium shirts but will happily listen on other items, like denim/duck with waists 32-34, Jet skis*, outerwear, etc. Shipping from Texas. Would prefer trade within the US if possible. Please reach out with questions or if you need measurements or have gumbo recipes, tips and tricks.** Thanks!

*Seems like a good place to make a stupid joke.
**not a joke. It’s gumbo season.

Chicken and Sausage Gumbo tip: the day before you make the gumbo, roast a bunch of bone-in, skin-in chicken thighs (season with Tony’s) in the oven. When they’re cooked, peel the meat off, and save the bones and skin for making broth (with all the scraps from your onion, peppers, and celery). Drain all the rendered fat and juice into some jars, and let it set up over night.

The next day use the opaque fat that sits at the top of the jar for making your roux. And add the jelly-ish bottom half to your broth.

@jat shoutout for using such vernacular as “Tony’s” without elaboration. You’re clearly my people.

I make chicken stock and keep quarts in my freezer. Chicken quarters and leftover carcasses. Chicken feet if I can find them. Whatever collagen-rich parts I can find.
