Thinking about getting a pair of these as I like the mid-high rise but have not went down an 888 rabbit hole before.
555s fit the best out of the jeans I have and im wondering from those who have 888s and 555s if these would be significantly different at the upper legs?
Recommendations?

@dirtyframer i have both....the rise of both are similar and good, both sit well. I like the 555s for top block but its the thighs for me is the difference. So if you have bigger thighs, then i would say go for the 888s. And also i feel as im getting older, having more room in my jeans feels good, i feel the 888 retains the slimish look as it tapers, so its the best of both worlds....

@cyclops I do not have large thighs unfortunately, the gamble I have is waiting for the 555 slbod in September and hoping the hem is a touch bigger than the last batch- looked like the last batch of 555s had a small hem that wouldn't work well with boots.

Received my 888 and 634’s. Absolutely love them. Perfect right out of the bag.

pulled the trigger on a pair of these. My first pair of 888, the slubby selvedge and OD. Perfect time to try all three.

@cyclops love the material for sure (ordered the type 3 jacket shortly after buying these because of the material) overall these fit decent but are quite a bit big in the thighs.
I would say that my order of precedence is now 555-->666-->888-->634-->777.

@dirtyframer I started on the 555's, they don't seem as popular (from what I see on the forums) but I really love them and think they are a great fit. I even bought one of the 555 snake graphic tee's!

@Jord got the T as well, the 555s seem to fit my chicken leg no ass having frame the best.
