Note: I believe these are the old-school sulfur died OD as indicated by the dark rivets (someone correct me if I'm wrong).
Man they're awesome, but it's just not happening. Waist is too big.
Bought brand new. Did one quick 10 minute cold rinse and hang dry (not a wash). They didn't change at all - OD won't really. Worn for a total of maybe 2 hours (during which time I did that talk we do when we try to convince ourselves they fit when they don't). Better to sell 'em fresh so someone else can love 'em.Measurements are below in both SE and IH style (so it's easy to compare to the guides on both sites).

I wear tag 38 in 634's. I never had a 633 but I am surprised on the thigh measurement. Are they that much narrower than a 634? A 634 tag 38 is usually over 14 inches on the thigh

@yannis I’ve never had a 634 (though am strongly considering one) so can’t really compare.
These measure 13.5” at the thigh (IH style - see below). For fun I just checked my SExIH25 633s and they’re also 13.5 at the thigh.
