                      we take a big bunch of really, really good bacon, and render it down...add a bunch of spices..onions, etc. and let it simmer for about 6 hours...give it a quick puree, blast chill it...and you have bacon jam..."

                            ^well ive needed one for the DSLR since i dont want to put it on the ground or somewhere else to take selfportraits or other things where i need a pretty cold hand so this sounds just perfect…can take a max. of 3kg so i should be set!
